If you wish to return or cancel your order please get in touch with us via the Contact Us page and our Customer Service team will guide you appropriately.

You may return a product ordered via the AGORATOPIA.COM website within the fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below:

1. Returns must be shipped back in their pristine condition (unopened and unused) and original packaging to the following address:

Please enclose the original receipt with your returns, or a copy if you are returning only a part of your order, and all items received as gift with your purchase.

2. The shipping costs of the first delivery of a product purchased on the AGORATOPIA.COM website will not be refund. However, if the reason of the return is because of a faulty item -once returned and confirmed faulty- your shipping costs will be refunded immediately.

3. Please specify with your order whether you wish to exchange the goods returned or require a refund.

4. For items received as a gift, you are only entitled to a merchandise exchange. You may exchange the item for a different item or several different items which together are equal in value to the full value of the original item you received as a gift. Credits are not issued.


In some instances, we are sadly unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:

  • Made to measure, altered, or personalised products
  • Made to order products
  • Fragrance when delivered outside Cyprus
  • Make up items
  • Beauty items, fragrances and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used
  • Promotional items, e-vouchers, and gift cards
  • All personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged

We will endeavour to process your return on the day we receive your parcel, however, under some circumstances this could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take five days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited, however some payment providers and payment types can take up to 14 days to credit your account.
