At Agoratopia, we recognize that there may be situations where returns or cancellations become necessary. If you find that you need to return an item, please reach out to our Customer Service team by visiting our Contact Us page. Our team will ensure that you are provided with the appropriate guidance for the return process.

Should you need to return a product ordered from the Agoratopia website, you may do so within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. However, your return will be subject to the following conditions:

1. You must return the item in its original pristine condition: unopened and unused, along with its original packaging, to the address below:

It is important that you include the original receipt in your return package or a copy of it if you are only returning part of your order, as well as all items that were received as gifts with your purchase.

2. Please note that the shipping costs of the initial delivery of the product you originally purchased from the Agoratopia website will not be refunded. However, if your reason for return is due to a faulty item, we will refund the shipping costs to you immediately upon receiving and confirming the faulty item.

3. When returning an item, kindly specify whether you wish to request an exchange for the goods returned or whether you require a refund for your order.

4. Regarding items received as gifts, please note that we only offer merchandise exchanges. You may exchange the item for a different one or even several different items, as long as their combined value is equal to the full value of the original item you received as a gift. Please note that credits will not be issued.

At Agoratopia, we place a high level of importance on providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. In some instances, we are sadly unable to offer refunds or exchanges. These include personalised and perishable products, as well as products which have had their protective seals or strips removed or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

As a guideline, the following examples are not covered by our returns policy:

  • Made to measure, altered, or personalised products
  • Made to order products
  • Fragrance when delivered outside Cyprus
  • Make up items
  • Beauty items, fragrances and cosmetics that have been opened, tested or partially used
  • Promotional items, e-vouchers, and gift cards
  • All personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty or damaged

We will endeavor to process your return on the day we receive your parcel, however, under some circumstances this could take up to 14 days. When the return is processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund. It will usually take five days from receipt of the email for your account to be credited, however some payment providers and payment types can take up to fourteen (14) days to credit your account.
