INTAKE RECOMMENDATION

• Dissolve the contents of one packet (equivalent to a daily serving) in approximately 150-200ml of non-carbonated water or fruit juice, and consume it with or after a meal every day. Additionally, take the brown capsules (containing omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and trace elements) and the white capsule with lactic acid bacteria cultures. You can choose different mealtimes throughout the day for the daily serving.
